I really believe Sylvia would beat Fedor. Fedor is a good wrestler but not great. I dont see how he takes Sylvia down especially in a ring. Fedor would not win a standup fight. I said after Fedor beat Nog he would lose to sylvia not because I think Sylviais a better fighter or that Silvia should be ranked higher. I think Sylvia is a bad matchup for Fedor and Nog. Pretty much anyone who doesnt have Worldclass Wrestling skills or Kick boxing skills. Right now Fedor should be ranked higher for the simple fact he beat Nog and he beat him easily. But after watching Fedor take a shot from Fujita and basiclly was out on his feet Fedor would have a problem with Sylvia

Ricco = great grappler, excellent subs. But not top MMA IMO.

Fedor got sloppy with Fujita standing because he didnt respect Fujita's stand up. He would be retard not to respects Sylvia's...I dont see Sylvia winning...Fedor

Fedor is great...........but, the best he is not.

Someone like Coleman or Erikson would beat him. A strong wrestler. It would be a boring fight.......but, Fedor would lose.

I was never big on Sylvia until recently. I think he's very underated. I don't see Fedor putting Sylvia on his n\back and keeping him there.

Tanners right we probably wont get to find out. Fedor is kinda the flavor of the month now the man who no one can beat much like A. Silva or Weir or after Baroni koed Menne everyone gets all excited about one win. Fedor is the top dog now I dont argue that only because he beat Nog, But fedor is as beatable as any Heavyweight champ we have had in the last few years and Sylvia would take him out standing in the clinch with knees coming up harder than a jackhammer. He is very tough to takedown. Sylvia also beats Nog Easily But Nog probably beats guys like Couture or Coleman who probably would cause more problems for Sylvia. A few more big wins for Sylvia and he will be ranked one. Fedor looked kinda sluggish against schilt very good against a dieing herring and very good against Nog both who are at the mercy of wrestlers. Other than Cro Cop and Nog Fedor Iam not impressed with Prides heavies now

No offense Creed but I disagree. To me Mir has a paper chin and very weak wrestling skills. And in the heavyweight division a bad chin is bad trouble. There are certain fights I would love to see Nog vs Mir would be incredable and Mir Vs Ricco. Mir is very good but I think people overate this guy. Mir Arlovsky if not Ricco would be good loser leaves the UFC and goes and works on there skills.

Way too much has been made about that Fujita-Fedor fight. Yes, Fedor got rocked badly in that bout. But come on, anyone would've been stunned by that shot. Fujita threw a haymaker that Fedor didn't see, and it landed on Fedor's temple. Immediately after, he did the absolute right thing: he held on until he got himself back together again. Then he threw a picture perfect combo, then secured the win with a choke. End of story. The only mistake Fedor made in that fight was that he understimated Fujita's stand-up skills and got careless while trading. He's smart enough not to make that same mistake against Sylvia.

Also, compare Fedor's competition to Sylvia's. There's no comparison, whatsoever.

Ya he did make a mistake against Fujita he got hit by a haymaker which to me makes him suspect to get caught against a bigger stronger and more powerful Sylvia.
