my first amateur fight is next thursday. how much do i train on monday, tues, and wed?
do i continue to push myself and go hard, or go relaxed or what? am i allowed to run the night before a fight?
what do yall do the days before a fight?

train normally on mon and tues but dont do anything on wed...maybe a little shadowboxing to sharpen up but nothing serious. on mon and tues do some sprints and fast runs or fast shadowboxing to stay sharp, dont exert yourslef before a fight, train hard on mon and tues but take it easy on wed and thrurs and remeber sharpen up

yeah, be hungry for the fight on match day, ive heard that its best not to have sex/wank within 48 hours of the fight, to keep you edgey

Thats true some boxers dont do it for a week before a fight.
Good Luck With the fight, im just going to start Training for Amatuer fights in a few weeks.
