alryt every1 i aint bin on here for a long time i was just wunderin if youve got any tips for me on how to train cus i aint got no boxing equipment at all so all ive got is jogging pushups and situps i need to do more cus it dont feel like enough i get bored with it all sumtimes cus its that plain and simple i aint bin running for a long time cus ive only got over a twisted ankle so its light jogging push ups and then a few situps thats it boring n it any help would be verry apprecaited cheers

Pullups, Rope Climbing, Dips, Squats, Calf Raises, Burpies, Power Cleans, Deadlifts. That should get ya started, then get a heavy bag and a speed bag

get a fever... Jk I got a stomach infection.. and i had fever this night.. i lost 4.4 lbs XD!! its kinda cool.. not the fever but that side effect.. i sweat like i was ****ing running a marathon!

Ross is an animal, he has alot of short videos and alot of tips on his web site as well

yeah, after no more than 15 minutes browsing the forum there, I'm sure you'll have more than enough ideas to destroy yourself (in a good way, that is...)

Agreed! I can defo vouch for that. His heavybag drills are amazing!

I think the thread starter couldve figured that out on his own. What if he cant afford boxing equipment. People on here dont think.

you can do some great exercises with a decent sized tire and a sledge hammer, we use that out our gym alot.

Great idea but it's not the sort of thing everyone has lying about their house!
