Cabbage vs Butterbead in K1. I would pay to see that, lol.

Personally, I would imagine that Cabbage would have more cardio coz he trains for it, for he has fought in one the most toughest sport ever(MMA) for a while now.

I predict Butterbean does fairly well in K-1. He is the king of the 4 round fight. he can take shots like no get out.

Against guys like Hunt and Sapp he'll do well, but he's gonna have trouble w/ fighters w/ good defensive boxing skills and leg kicks. I suspect if he really trains cardio and against leg kicks he'll be a contender soon enough.

Butterbean talked about his future in K-1 on Monday's MMAWeekly Radio Show. Butterbean said he decided to start competing in K-1 after he saw how many fights Bob Sapp was able to win in K-1.

Butterbean said that with Sapp just being a big and strong guy, he thinks he can also have a lot of success being a big and strong guy who also has a lot of boxing skills. Butterbean's strategy will be to stay on the inside with his opponents so they don't have room to go for many kicks. His first K-1 fight will be later this month, June 29th, in Japan against Yusuke Fujimoto.

Butterbean said that he will enter some K-1 tournaments after he gets his feet wet in the sport, but for now he is only signed for one fight. Butterbean also said that he is not going to do many boxing-style jabs in K-1, and he will instead go all-out with power punching in an attempt to end fights as soon as possible.

In the meantime, Butterbean is aggressively continuing his pro boxing career with a fight every other week. He is doing this with the goal of getting his win total from the current total of 70 to well over 100.
