Oh man, I'm nowhere near your chemical intake. All I have is my Designer Whey protein. I'm worried that if I started to take anything else though that it would get out of hand! I feel the whey protein is giving me the extra help that I need.

How about you? Be serious & honest, is it really doing you good? And, how much do you spend a month on supps?

That is a massive list of supplements, must be bloody expensive. I was looking of getting some BCAA tablets but they were $30+ for some small pack, not worth it. Although do you think your set up is worth it?

I used to use a lot of whey when I was weight lighting a couple of years ago. I cannot remember the name of the brand but the container was black and it was banana flavour. I also remember a pink one that was nice, it was either MET-RX or CNP. I used both at one time or another.

Right now all I take is cod liver oil.

Well since i got a job at a gym i made friends with the accountant who's married to the owners daughter, and his family owns a supplement company, so i've gotten ridiculous deals from him, but these are more health supplements then like MASS building supps.
Im taking Glutamine
Super Acidophilus (which helps with digestion)
A multi-vitamin
Black Walnut Pills (which help cleanse your blood and kill parasites)
and Oxy (which oxigenates your blood helping with blood flow giving u more energy)

Absolutely!....I know a few professional athletes and the stuff they are on makes me look mickey mouse....Medical research and supplements have grown leaps and bounds in the athletic department over the past 15 years....Now, more than ever, professional athletes are using science and biology to gain an edge....

I took a second job at a health food/supplement store after my son was born.....I get a pretty reasonable deal on the things I need....it usually costs between $90-130 a month....some of my purchases are made via the internet...

I suppose that is a small monthly outlay for the gain you feel you get.

not that it matters but, I went from flat benching 225lbs 22 times to benching it 37 times after 6 weeks of NO2....My stamina and cardio have never been better....I havent been sick since I started taking fish oil...it has also improved my ratio of HDL to LDL cholesterol levels....and helped significantly lower my BFI....

I have tremendous energy and I havent been injured in a long time....I tax my body severely each day....I work 15 hrs each day and am at the gym every morning at 5:30am and have an 8 week old son....I dont have the time to maintain a healthy diet through whole foods so I do it through Supplements....

I don't see why fish oil would have much to do with not getting sick. Probably more attributable to the animal pak multi, probably lots of good antioxidants in there. As for me I take a multivitamin/mineral, fish oil, co q10, and occasionally creatine. I would recommend co q10 to anyone not taking it. Helps kick those free radical's ass, a great antioxidant. Less free radicals=healthier and, generally, longer life.

Thats the cheapest Ethyl Ester i could find if you want a better brand let me know I know some goos sites to get them from.

Edit: my badd here is the better brand http://store.anabolicminds.com/product/axis-labs/creatine-ethyl-ester-120-caps.html

Hey hows the MRI NO2 Black working for you? I checked on GNC it says it can raise your NO levels by "NOS-Enhancing" Fraction Proven to Increase Baseline Nitric Oxide by as much as 950%* would you say this is better then NO Explode?

And impressive list btw.

The black powder is far superior to NO Xplode by BSN and NaNo Vapor by muscletech....The energy and pump you get is much cleaner it also gives you a lot of stamina.....I take 1 scoop of black powder to get the effect of 3 1/2 scopps of NO Xplode...

Stack the Black Powder and NO2 Black, it is pretty impressive, your stamina and cardio are most effected...I have always been a fan of MRI, all of there products are top shelf....

FYI: If you call there customer service and ask for a few sample they will send you them....they are pretty good about it...

L-Carnitine helps to metabolise fatty acids. As far as I know Glutamine aids recovery. I've never bothered with Glutamine before.
