Everytime I hit the gym I feel average then after a while of weight lifting i start feeling sluggish and lazy. I try to focus but next thing I know Im thinking of some other ****ed up ****. I wonder if its my ****ed up sleeping schedule, any of you have any advice one this? Thanx.

Boxers should not be doing weight lifting.....

I know, what is it with weightlifting which bothers you giantsbran? I feel it's an important part of a boxers workout to gain power, and speed.

i do strength trainining with weights. Made me alot stronger.
