i was workin out today

back and bis and abs

finished up and was ****in CRAVING PROTIEN SHAKE... i had no money....

so the dude who signed me up i went up to him and asked him is there any way he could put the shake on my bill for next months Direct Debt.

and hes like dont worry man... he whipped me up a free shake

I love my gym too. The front desk person is gay and has the coolest name (Hugo Rubio). It's cute how he always checks out dude's asses.

we got a few of those in ours but nothing like that that i have noticed.

my gym is pretty cool too, I know most of the regulars and all the desk people, they do me solids pretty often.

have you ever farted on any of theor heads...you know your at a good place when you can fart on their heads

friendly people in a gym are very important.... The gym is not just for working out IMO, you must be able to socialize there as well.
