We did MMA strike sparring with the 5 oz mma gloves, headgear and shinpads, and Javi ****in dropped the whopper right on my mouth. Whaaaaaaaaaam, so now my ****in lip is all busted up... and my neighbor calls to inform me as I'm on my way home that mad hoes await us tonight, because he met these two hotties down at the House of Blues last night and they were all excited about getting to kick it with Rock Star and his fighter buddy.

Maybe I will get lucky and play the "kiss it and make it feel better" angle successfully. I also took a kick to the face as Martin (bdwhoawhoa on our board) dropped outta my guard with me trying to come through throwing bombs.

Javi and Dave were landing some ****ing bombs yesterday.

And I'm still dissapointed that for the second straight week I used no striking at all (despite getting a mouthguard), as well as wasting away for the last 2 hours at HoC.

Just heal up and be ready.
