I've been in a lot of Pain, I believe I have a torn muscle in my right shoulder from doing Judo a few weeks ago....

And I've had fam over this week and I've had lots of baby sitting jobs in the last 2 weeks as well. Busy busy bee I am.

I hope your doing well. You have to come down here sometime this summer. It will be so much fun. :)

i would love to... but money is always a ***** especially when converting cad dollar to us dollar... makes it even worse.... so

sorry to hear about the shoulder, take it easy with it for about 3 weeks, then goto physio they will massage it and use electrodes on it to strengthen it then do rotator cuff exercises... trust me they strengthen the shoulder huge and prevent injury

I know what you maen about the money thing, at least you have a place to stay when you do get down here. :)

I'm prob going to go to a Doc in the next week or so....
