Looking to buy the 20oz Title Gel Bag Gloves, and I want a snug fit, since the gym gloves I use are way too big. I weigh about 158 and my hands arent exactly big. With 180" handwraps on, would I be better off with a medium or large in these Title gloves? If anyone can help me out, I'd appreciate it

Large. Just got a large pair of title gels and they are pretty snug once I have wraps on. I'm 168lb.

I'm not certain but I think the weight of the gloves depends on the size ie. if the extra large ones are 20oz, smaller sizes will weigh less.

I bought the large 16oz Title Gel. They actually felt too big for me and I bought a pair of Medium Ringside IMF techs that fit much better. My opinion but I say buy medium. I use 200 grant mexican style wraps. I weigh + or - 170.

Uh-oh, UncleLeo, you may need to send them back. I'm approx. 147lb and I got the large Title Gel Bag gloves. With the wraps on it's a snug fit. My hands aren't exactly large either - 11" round the knuckles (incl. the tumb knuckle). You're 11lb heavier than I am, I just hope your hands are smaller!! Also, I hope you're from the States - if you're from Europe it'll cost you a small fortune to ship them back for a bigger size.

Yeah, I wish they made a Title gel double bed too! My only gripe so far is I find it impossible to put them on myself - thank god I don't live alone. Don't think the neighbours would be too happy if I had to ask them to strap me up!!!

Im about 11" around the knuckles including the thumb too. The Title customer service guy told me if I could palm a basketball my hands would probably be large, and I cannot. He also said since Im about middleweight Id be a medium. He made it sound like large was for guys in the 170-200 range and XL was for the big boys.

Let us know how they fit. Im curious now. Also note which size wraps you'll be using. Im surprised people weighing under 170 are using larges myself. I thought I had big hands and the large was still slightly big for me and thats using mexican style 200 length grant wraps. Very interesting.

I had the girl at Title fix my order to send me both the Large and the Medium. Im going to get down to the bottom of this myself instead of guessing sizes and wasting time exchanging gloves.

Yeah it does seem like everyone loves Title on here. I just wanted heavy leather bag gloves and this seemed to be the best price. Everything Ringside and Grant seem to be 12oz or 14oz, and the only Everlasts that are reasonable are plether.

This got me interested, are they lace ups or hook and loops? I'd like to see a pair of these myself.

I would suggest large. I am 168lb and they are a pretty perfect fit.

I know this thread is old but I just got my title gloves in the mail and they are great. Im 5'8 and weigh 160 pounds and I got a size large. I use regular title handwraps and they fit great. My hands arent big at all and they work just fine. I would recommend them to anyone thats looking at them.

i bought a pair of ringside imf tech bag gloves regular size...im 154 . i hope they fit my hand with no problem, cos i wont be able to change them :S, cos i live on south america.
