Just going to the sauna is good once in a while, but I personally don't recommend doing anything strenuous while you're there, like pressups and shadowboxing. The sauna puts a lot of pressure on the heart as it is (just by sitting there), and I think that if you do hard exercises while you're there it might do more harm than good to your body. Shadowboxing maybe would be ok if it's light, but I personally wouldn't do the other exercises. I know it feels good to know you're pushing yourself, but sometimes it might just be doing more harm than good.
Anyways, just my thoughts. I'm no expert.

oh yeh i agree with that i try not to stay in there to long maybe 30 mins to 1 hour at the most but not constantly shadow boxing and doing exercises i do about 20 - 50 press ups same with situps nothing special and i do about 5 min shadow box so it aint to harsh
