I have 5 days to drop 4 lbs i'm 6'0" and 156 lbs. i need to get down to 152. i run daily 3-4 miles.

my diet (today):
breakfast
2 hard boiled egg whites
whole wheat bread with a bit of butter
banana
apple

lunch
corn
egg and bean salad
a couple of chocolate chip cookies and a piece of cake
milk
apple

run 4 miles

my plans for "snack"
grilled chicken sandwhich on wheat

plans for dinner
turkey sandwhich
fruit
macaroni salad

get rid of the cake for a week and see how u go lol :nono:

Hey your situation is a piece of cake! I am in a really really really really deep hole as we speak weight wise!
I usually weigh 150 well over the past several months ive blew up to 178
now the past cuple of weeks ive been able to get down to the 162-165 but GUESS WHAT?
Today i weighed myself in after eating and then working out just a few minutes ago and i now weigh 171 f***ing pounds! so ya tell me about losing weight and my routine consits of this
7-12am
wake up run 3-4 miles(3-4 days a week, mostly on my off boxing gym days)
come home eat a little breakfast bar maybee two
1-4
little bag of pretzels to get me thru school maybee a little salad with no dressing and sometimes a little carton of milk
yogurt

5-7 or 8 pm
a little bowl of cut up chicken breast and then head to the boxing gym for 2-3 hours
another cereal bar

come home and eat another cereal bar and thats it for the whole day!

Oh and if your wondering how old this fat ass is im 17 and 5"9 tall

mate you can sweat out 4 pounds no worries. do half an hour skipping in trackies before the weigh in.. then rehyrdrate

Lol dont listen to this. It is a crap diet. Alot of the suggestions I see are not very productive. First i would cut out one of the fruits in the morning, and instead eat it about half way between breakfast and lunch. That should make you less hungry at lunch time. Also a must is too cut out the cookies and cake. No exceptions. Also cut out the apple at lunch. And add some lean meat or fish in its place. Go easy on the beans and eggs also. Now for the snack I think what you had was great dont change that. For dinner cut out the fruit. If you want to loose weight do not eat any carbs at all past 5 PM. This would also mean to cut out the past obviousley. Instead of the fruit and pasta add in some steamed vegetables. Eat dinner early. And eat no food at all past 7PM. This is a rock solid diet if you can just follow what I say. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

And eggs are ok , as long as you eat the egg white only , throw away the yellow grease , thats straight fat!

YOU NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT, JUST AS LONG TILL YOU GOT YOUR oWN WEIGHT!
GAINING WEIGHT WILL COME, JUST BY STRENGTH TRAINING , BUT NOT TOO MUCH, IT WILL SLOW YOU DOWN.!

well next weight class up is 165 adn i don't have the power for that.

so using everyones advice i've come up with my own diet!

wake up

3-4 mile run

breakfast 9am - 1 apple (coffee maybe)

lunch 11am - a can of fat free tuna

between lunch and dinner 2pm- chicken sandwich on whole wheat

Dinner at 5pm - can of white chicken breast with plain spinach

i'll drink water througout the day until the day before weigh in at which i'll stop eating adn drinking at 2pm (suggested by a friend).



any more suggestions??? the more the better.

i found this Go Lean stuff which is only 140 calories per cup with 10 g of fiber adn 13 g of protein. i might replace my morning apple with that mixed with water.

okay guys...

well im 6'1 and weight around 225...

im definately thick...

partly because (i have no idea in the WORLD...since i purposely dont work out the lower body) but i have HUGE muscles on my thighs...

other than that i have the juan diaz flab...it never gets all the way toned...

so yeah...

i moved up to 225...i can make about 190 if i push it...im large framed...wide shoulders, etc.
