He would have been boxing back in the late 30's and 40's. If anyone does I won't be able to thank you enough. He would probably have boxed in western Penn.

I don't know anything about him. Sorry, maybe someone else does. There was also a George Raffa that fought a few times in Penn. Very hard to find information about either of them.

He would have fought in the late 30's early 40's and went to war. He fought after the war but wasn't as good. He probably stoped fighting in 47 or 48.
