Guys... I work at a Gym and I am trying to make it a better place for people to gather, meet and share ideas. I have started a newsletter that will come out on a daily basis and I wanted to start a place where only members could go in and chat, a forum like this one, of course not to the same level because nothing would be for sale but a place for people to give ideas for the gym and vent their frustrations. How can I get the gym started?

Personally I am an ignoramus as far as this goes, but try PM'ing Ghost or Wondermut about it. They have a good knowledge of this stuff

I want to create a place like this one where people from the gym that I work in (members) can come to and share ideas, information, events, complaints, etc.
Business is not all that good and I am trying to keep it live and up to date. Help people get to know each other and become more involved.
