Being in the Orlando area right now, the album has a quality Florida feel to it. Justice League and Cool and Dre bring magical summertime beats laced over Rick's unusual but dope flow. Maybach Music is a classic track, and the entire album has a nice feel to it. Tight 07 release, proves Rick Ross isnt just a candy ass rapper, hes for real.

Good overall.

But I'd say, he should've had one or two tracks for the listeners on there. Something like Pots and Pans from his first album.

Yo I dont feel Ricky ross as a rapper i think hes average at best but the beat production on trilla is hot. Its worth downloadin fo free if you into that but aint worth actually paying benjamins fo.

Wrecked meaning he went hard / nice verse, etc..

Wrecked, throwed, hard, tight: all the same down here in Texas..

Correction, after giving it some serious car play, i'd give it a 7.5/10...
'Billionaire' is just class... 'This is the life' is tight... The track featuring Jay-Z is really good and Jay spits lyrical fire.... Didn't really like the track featuring Weezy.... A few bogus tracks that should have been taken out, and the beats were not all on par, but Ricky Ross holds his ground with some really nice lyrics....

I guess I'd give it a 2 out of 5. Pitchfork has a similar rating I see. Just saw this today.

This album continues to grow on me......yes it's typical and trendy but Ross just puts down some serious Gansta ****.....Just like Jeezy. Both mediocore lyrically but the **** they talk about just appeals to an OG like myself. Hood Billionaire,This is the life, Luxury tax,Maybach Music,I'm a man I make miostakes.....all seriously attarctive songs especially the more you listen to them. I agree this will probably be Ross last good album and he will fade but like Crime Boss,Big Mike and cats like that from the old south.....he made a mark with 2 classic hip hop albums.....15 years ago they'd still be good.....thats how I rank my ****....based on if they would have made any kind of impact in the hayday of hip hop before it became so mainstream and pop.
