last time there was a girl in our gym we put this new dude in there with her to spar and he was you bobbing and weaving and then BAM in her shoulder and she breaks her shoulder, girls im telling ya

I'm curious to know why the women's pics & bios are on the Olympic Boxing Team website. Do they do this every year for the national champs? Serious question; it'll settle some scuttlebutt around our gym.

hey, that is insulting! have you guys read my posts? know who i have trained with? i just don't post that often. when i do, however, i try to post good tips that i believe are not really known about.

he is a very knowledgeable poster though. i agree on that.

We got one girl that trains at my gym and she sucks... She should be modeling.. she comes in every day in tight ass spandex and a tank top with no bra. no joke... It makes things very difficult when she does the jump rope.

there's only one chick at our gym.. with about 30 guys.. she's fit as **** but who'd wanna be one of those guys that approaches her

yeah the coaches at my club get pissed with the new girls training, theres like 3 friends, and they just stand around, dont do the circuit training, and occasionally hit a bag.
