DA1CATAS 03-17-2008, 11:46 PM 3 ... do 3 in the morning and maybe 2 at night if you can. but if just once... do 4.. but with a good time. 2swell k-wells 03-18-2008, 02:39 AM walk dont run. Unanimous 03-18-2008, 05:58 AM walk dont run. Lol! That's what I'm doing at the moment. I know from reading you other humorous posts that you're having a laugh. But, walking briskly can be almost as good for you as running. In saying that though, my leg is feeling able to put real pressure on so will hopefully start running soon. I've not run since school-time, 19 years ago!!! So, will be taking it easy to start with. I'd love to be able to do what Da1catas said and do 3 in the morning and 2 at night but may be a bit of a pipedream seeing as I'd have to get up at about 5 in the morning if I wanted to do that! 2swell k-wells 03-18-2008, 08:05 PM how old are you? angus the bull 03-19-2008, 12:22 AM i am 15 ...
