Does anyone have any good info on doing this? My boyfriend has been boxing for a few years, its fun and all but his face is always cut up and messed up, and it hardly heals before he fights again.

Wear a headguard that stops cuts, he must be doing pro boxing if he compete's without them. Which in that case he needs to keep his hands up.
