what benefits do the chain linking to the wallet give? is it for look or does it serve purposes?

it keeps irresponsible people such as myself from losing my wallet and all the goodies inside it on a monthly basis. now i only lose my license, versatelle card, credit cards, ss card, auto club card, and health insurance info on a bi-yearly basis :)

cool. i keep up with my wallet by wearing the same pair of pants everyday, that way it doesnt get washed up or lost somewhere by me forgetting to take it out and put it in the new pair i'm putting on.
