how good is your boxing gym ?? does your gym look after there boxers , i mean ive been to a few gyms and some have a routine with fitness and how soon you can spar then some ive been too you walk in and could just ask to spar with out them knowing you or seen you before , does your gym supply head gear , foul protectors? or should you get your own ?

My advice is get your own headgear, and your own protector!
The shit in the gym is worn by others and is not very fresh, if u know what i'm saying..
Headgear must fit good and comfi , u know...adjust it to your head , and you'll always be good to go!
