View Full Version : Feet Problems
boxing4ever 03-14-2008, 08:58 PM I have straight up flat feet, not even a little curve on them just straight flat. About a year and a half ago I went to the foot specialist and got a special shoe insole made for 350 dollars. It was all good when I got it and it worked 10000000% all the way untill last week:omfg: ! Now once again my feet start stinging and are in pain after seconds of being on my toes or running or jump roping. This is the most pain ive been in since ive boxed and Ive been hit very hard just about everywhere and im telling you guys this is worst. I paid 150 of that ****ing 350 dollars and he said that I shouldnt have any problems with these for atleast 5 years. I am in terrible pain as I speak and very upset:damnit1: . any input or comments guys?
boxingsmash69 03-14-2008, 09:01 PM SOLE custom footbeds are probably the closest thing to doctor prescribed orthotics.
http://www2.yoursole.com/
you heat them in the oven for 2 minutes, then put them in shoes.
what shoes do you jump rope in?
the doctor said they are supposed to last 5 years?
that probably depends how often you use them, and how heavy you are.

Yeah man thats bs, also shop around and get ones that are meant to endure through sports and shit so they wont get worn down, alot of insoles are meant for "walking"
joecrappy 03-15-2008, 02:23 AM i dunno whats wrong with you, could be footwear related. I remember a little while back I was playing ball and after about 30 mins both feet were ****ing killing me for no apparent reason...30 mins later and i couldn't even walk (both feet were ****ed!!)..turned out it was a footwear problem.

He made them sound like they could take on anything before I paid up. He took a casting of both of my feet and the insoles came in after a couple of weeks.
MentalExecution 03-15-2008, 02:47 AM Climb as high as you can on top of a tree and jump all the way down and try to land on your toes only. DO this until you break your legs.

boxing4ever 03-16-2008, 08:40 PM I mite have to find an alternative that would help me out as much as running untill I go see the doctor, not to mention my appointment with the foot specialist just got pushed back untill next week. Any ideas 4 something I could do instead of running that will give me stamina?
