well i have seen interviews with prof boxers that have weird trades; putting on gloves before shoes, or mouth pieces an hour before the fight....it aint that weird

well if im trying to loose weight i have my own CUSTOM SAUNA. YES I said it a CUSTOM SAUNA made by me. it consits of the following
2-3 shirts usually all long sleeve thermals
2 pants first is a thermal and the second is a pair of heavy rebok pants
2 pairs of socks and your ready to go lol

I have a bunch of gym shirts with my gyms logo on it. I liked my white sleeveless one but when i was grappling this kid got his foot stuck in it and ripped it down the side. I wear supplement shirts from time to time...i dont really care tho, im there to work out not to make a fashion statement
