Normally like fuji apples or some other fruits, but lately have been buying the chocolate crunch rice cakes things are damn good for getting a chocolate fix.

Too much blood goes down to your stomach to digest the food, and it usually takes too long before the body can extract the energy. Drink a sportsdrink which contains MALTODEXTRIN. That is the most effective carbo during training and also immidiately after training. Look up maltodextrin if you want to know how it works in your body.
