Now, I have bashed The Roots many times, most notably with Godzhand, but the truth was I was either too stupid at the time to appreciate them or simply didn't give them a chance from the start. I heard 'Break You Off' a while ago and thought that was one of the nicest tracks I've heard. 'The Seed' is also a MUST-LISTEN.

But is there any other tracks The Roots have put out that live up to both of these? I'm not just talking about crazy lyrical **** but also wicked musically as well (at least up to par with both of those songs).

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe a bit late :). Because I'm from Belgium (the flemish part) and don't speak regularly English, the lyrics aren't the most important thing for me (which doesn't mean I don't like them) and is the beat in combination with the rap more imporant. Here are my favorites:
