View Full Version : Anyone shafted by the budget
col Blake 03-13-2008, 10:00 AM Beer, tabs, wines & sprits have had huge duty slapped on the this week, Petrol, cars next to rise in Oct is anyone sick of this ****.
Why don't they stick huge tax on Alco pops, etc from Supermarkets and off-licences they are the ones to blame for the young scumbags running riot not the publican, most pubs in Britain are quite strict when it comes to underage drinking, and will not allow piss heads drink if they look smashed, If the off licence was to carry the burden of the tax hike they could slash the pub prices making older people who like a drink and drink semi- responsible most people would be happy and you wouldn't see pub after pub closing down.

Well if you stopped drinking and smoking and started walking more places your body would be in FAR better condition and you'd be loaded!!
Maybe something to think about.

You don't have to stop wanking.
Just stop cumming in your eyes.

should bring in a 10p wanking tax.
Tuggers1986 03-13-2008, 01:07 PM should bring in a 10p wanking tax.
If **** was worth anything our government would tax our ****ing arse holes. It's an absolute joke!!
Not only is it enough that they TAKE about 1/5 of our wages every month but we have to pay £1.08 for a litres petrol that should really cost us about 15-20p. Then they use that money to send our young lads to war so they can get even more oil, but still carry on charging us extortionate prices even though they've got ****ing ****loads of the stuff!!
****ING CUNTS THE LOT OF THEM!
col Blake 03-13-2008, 01:24 PM not to mention the 10 grand a year increase in their wages,
they even get allowances for their food, plus they register their London home as their first home so that the mansion they live in back in their constituency is classed as their office dwelling and they don’t have to pay council tax on it.
If you are a MP for 6 weeks or more you are guaranteed your full pension from the tax payer which stands at about 70 grand a year.
Tell me what job other than them thieving bastard MP’s where you get them sort of perks.

fasman 03-13-2008, 02:34 PM the tax on petrol is a bastard....
col Blake 03-13-2008, 03:09 PM anything to do with driving is a killer tax
The Wire 03-14-2008, 07:26 AM I'm actually £125 a year better off because of the budget, with the drop in income tax and the fact that I smoke and drink relatively little. Also, my car is very economical (a 1.6 litre tdci Fiesta, one of the top ten economical cars on the market) so tax only costs me £35 a year. A good budget for me. Even if you drink loads, over an evening this should only cost you about fifty pence more. And he did delay the rise in fuel duty that was due to happen.
