Well back in HS I was weighing at 119 and I ran the mile for PE at 5:10

Now days I am weighing at 125/132 and running around 6 to 6 1/2 minutes. Give or take. I'm sure if I was just doing a one mile run I could pump it out faster.

5'10 143lb

I can hammer out a 5:20 mile, but that is just running for a 1 mile time.

When I do 8 mile days, I try to keep up a 7:30 pace.

When I do 3-4 mile days, I try to keep it in the 6:30 range.

I can run two miles in 15 minutes, give or take.

6'6', currently after alot of cutting I'm down to about 200 pounds now.

As well as playing basketball I was asked to run college cross country and I've had mile times at about 5 min 45 seconds, that was when I was weighing 225.

Right now, I'm not sure. That was 5 years ago. I'm in more fighting shape then running. So maybe 6 min 15 seconds.

I'm 6'0, about 185 lbs.

My best mile time was in 7:15, 2 mile in 16:18 and that was for my PT test when I was in Basic Training for the Army. Now I could probably run a mile in about 6:30, maybe 6:15.
