damn looks like randy has been saying his prays abnd eating his vitamines like a true hulkamania. i like both randy and chuck so this fight will be hard to watch.

Remeber how ripped Ken was against Tito? I like Randy, but I don't know how strong he's gonna be after cutting all that weight, especially at his age. He's got quite task in front of him.

Ken wasnt the same Ken, not just because he was old...He was too ripped...

Frank said in an interveiw a long time ago, that he had to stop fighting at 5% BF because he was TOO weak.

Why do you think Power lifters are stronger than Bodybuilders that has the same amount of muscle...because a BB BF% is TOO low.

They both looked in good shape on the poster....I know they air brush it up but Chuck looked like he had a 6 pack and they both look like they cut a lot of body fat

I was gonna post this last night. Randy weighs 210 in that pic. He looks in good shape, but I am still going with Chuck.....

If he was fighting ANYONE but Liddell, I would pick Couture but I'm sticking with Chuck

Last time I seen an older fighter look that ripped he couldnt see or breathe after the fight (Ken Shammy) I hope for better things from couture

Great condition doesn't always = great fighting shape, but I digress.

It would be great to see Randy shock the world again and win against the odds, but I think CHuck is on top of his game and will probably be too much for him to handle.

I think using Ken shamrock as an example may be a bit touchy. He weighed in at 201, so something must have been wrong with his diet, making him fight in less then desireable condition. Couture knows how to cut weight.

Obviously losing weight from his norm and cutting weight will make him weaker but I think he knows enough to still be in good shape for this fight. I think he should go the distance.

Personally I'ma bit more curious about Liddell's cardio, he's been gassed in three round fights, and this will be his first fight with championship rounds.

Its gonna be a great fight
