body fluid, ive seen the atkins diet and my mom actually does that one. Ive got a decent diet but im wondering what it is that is stopping me from cutting more

i normally have either cereal or eggs and chicken bacon and a glass of OJ for breakfast

lunch i normally have a sandwich with white bread/low fat cheese and some lunch meat or chicken, glass of milk

dinner normally have chicken, fish, steak, rarly have pasta glass of red wine or water.

if im feelin snacky i normally have a coffee or a glass of water and if that doesnt cure it ill have some plain popcorn.

take bread outta your diet

ya i was thinking that 2 but when i play sports its good to have some carbs in ur system

bread makes u gain weight also, get your carbs from another food. I took bread outta my life, that and pasta.

take out bread and if you want take a fat burner
xenadrine works well and so does hydroxycut
just dont be stupid with it

ok for 1 neither of those diet pills work, i should no. Go to GNC and get a "Thin Tab it also comes with a Carb Cutter" 2 different bottle, about $30, thats the best.

ive taken both of them and lost significant weight and more energy.Trust me they work well and ive never even heard of "thin tab".As to cutting out bread its really tough i wouldnt call all of it out just lower your levels

Im serious i lost so much weight after i had my 2nd kid cause of those pills, and we all no how hard it is to lose weight after 2 kids, they dont make you feel all tweeked out, they are the best.

well you also gotto understand diet pills have a different affect on people, i also tryed Dexatrim and it works ok

there is no need for diet pills if you have a correct diet.

I have dropped like 20lbs in the last 4 weeks

If you dont want to completely cut out bread, try cutting just white bread and replacing it with whole wheat bread :)
