Its weird. When a rapper freestyles on the radio, then uses that same rhyme later on in an album, why does the freestyle always sound better? Case and point, DMX, when he did that 42 minute **** with Canno and Nore. When he used the lyrics he used on the radio then used it on the album, the album **** didnt sound half as good... Anyone else feel this way?

Yeah sometimes it's just planned out like that, when the "freestyles" come out nobody's heard them, but 9 times out of 10 they're already recorded as work on the album, case in point Game freestyling on Rap City. Before "Doctors Advocate" came out, he "freestyled" the 2nd verse on "Too Much" in the booth.
