I'm surprised nobody mentioned being buried alive. Can you imagine if you woke up and you were in your coffin with 6 feet of dirt on top of it? Would you go insane and try to claw your way out, which is impossible, or would you just lay back and die from suffocation. Being buried alive has gotta be the worst.

Actually, I think Tanner posted something about it. In a very odd way

If I were to be buried alive or any other way of torture I'd try to swallow my tongue.... that will suffecate you within a few minutes and end all the pain.
