This is one thing I dont understand. If you want to loose body fat and gain muscle do you want to eat alot of calories or few. I just saw that a boxer wanted to loose fat and gain muscle and he said he was eating 5000 calories a day. If this is true what do you eat? Mcdonalds and burger king all day? Im confused to how many calories Im should be eating, and if it is alot, how do i do it without eating junk food.
