Is it ok to slip in some pizza now and then?

Everyday I eat only good meat, vegetables, and healthy yogurt.

If I am running 2 miles daily, do you think I can slip in a few pieces of pizza now and then and still loose body fat?

Yeah you can cheat every now and then. I doubt you are training for the Olympics so enjoy your youth.

Yeah man, not everyone has that kind of nutty discipline like Bernard Hopkins, just make sure your cheat day is far away from when your fighting and wont impend on making weight. Not being able to relax every once and awhile is why alot of people end up losing their drive and focus for the sport
