Purity 05-29-2003, 08:23 PM hamburgers are easy bro. i usually put the patties on frozen. sprinkle meat tenerizer on them beforehand and pour beer on them while they cook. it's up to you how much you wanna cook em. on your last flip put sliced cheese on the side facing up and take the patty off once it's partially melted. LukeDothSucketh 05-29-2003, 08:24 PM Any seasoning that's good on them? Curly Howard 05-29-2003, 08:26 PM Now why did I know a BBQ tip from Purity would include the phrase....Add Beer LukeDothSucketh 05-29-2003, 08:26 PM Yea, it had to happen Purity 05-29-2003, 08:30 PM i never add any special seasoning it hamburgers because the ketchup, mustard, pickles, etc will drown out the majority of the flavor anywayz. LukeDothSucketh 05-29-2003, 08:30 PM Very true, thanks man Purity 05-29-2003, 11:04 PM now when you want a real recipe, lemme know when yer quein up some steaks, fish, or birds Fallout 05-29-2003, 11:17 PM steaks are the thing people **** up the most. Burgers are easy. Steaks are tougher Purity 05-29-2003, 11:24 PM they are "tougher". that's because people make stupid mistakes. first off they think that their steak is gonna be perfect because they let it sit in a ****ing marinade all night. the trick isn't to let it soak in marinade! you wanna marinade it WHILE it's cooking. 2nd they inSIST on cooking the steak as one big piece of meat. the trick is to always cut it into pieces as it cooks. this way you dont get a tough outside with a very rare inside. the moment the out side is cooked then you slice it open and face the raw side on the grill. plenty more tricks have i in the art of cow cooking. Curly Howard 05-29-2003, 11:25 PM soak them on soy sause and smoke'em for about 4 hours Fallout 05-29-2003, 11:34 PM Originally posted by Purity they are "tougher". that's because people make stupid mistakes. first off they think that their steak is gonna be perfect because they let it sit in a ****ing marinade all night. the trick isn't to let it soak in marinade! you wanna marinade it WHILE it's cooking.
