hamburgers are easy bro. i usually put the patties on frozen. sprinkle meat tenerizer on them beforehand and pour beer on them while they cook.
it's up to you how much you wanna cook em.
on your last flip put sliced cheese on the side facing up and take the patty off once it's partially melted.

i never add any special seasoning it hamburgers because the ketchup, mustard, pickles, etc will drown out the majority of the flavor anywayz.

steaks are the thing people **** up the most. Burgers are easy. Steaks are tougher

they are "tougher". that's because people make stupid mistakes.

first off they think that their steak is gonna be perfect because they let it sit in a ****ing marinade all night. the trick isn't to let it soak in marinade! you wanna marinade it WHILE it's cooking.
2nd they inSIST on cooking the steak as one big piece of meat. the trick is to always cut it into pieces as it cooks. this way you dont get a tough outside with a very rare inside. the moment the out side is cooked then you slice it open and face the raw side on the grill.

I like my steak blue, so its easier to cook. I basicly just cook the surface and then eat it.

It shouldn't even be hot in the middle, just sort of warm
