View Full Version : where does super mans strength stop......
??????????????
i have seen mutiple things in the moives and cartoons, where supermans strength is tested....eg the bus in number 2, when thoes three wierd ****en guys from krypton start ****ing up the city and they are about to drop a bus on the poor cunts...he just gets their time and seems to struggle to stop tthe bus .....i could go on wioth othher things but i really cant be ****ed, and im sure you get the point....my question is is their ANY THING HE CANT LIFT OR MOVE. where does it end. ?
I have never seen him fail. It seems that whatever the situation he grunts and strains. and no matter what he will lift it (as long as there s no kryptonite present)
but serously you reckon if a 747waas hurtaling down to earth andd he manged to comes into contact with it 10 meters from eather .....could hhe stop it?
Yes, He can turn back time. What the **** cant he do besides **** around with kryptonite. I bet you is super boner is super hard
loise would have to lube it up to the hilt to take that
Leather 05-28-2003, 08:25 AM wow!! Bzob could you see yourself with Superman clothes?? with his red slips??....
You're the man....
Aaron Bizarre 05-28-2003, 08:33 AM Superman's power derives from the Sun in a sense. on Kryton thier sun was red so they all had human equivelant strength. Are star burns pretty hot so his strength is pretty much amplified to means of greatness. He could stop a 747 if he had time in the air but not with 10 meters of distance between him and the earth.
Superman has been chumped by some tough dudes though, Paralax (old Green Lantern Hal Jordan) ****ed him up something awful twice. Darkseid also has the means to seriously hurt Superman.
Leather 05-28-2003, 08:40 AM Damn Aaron!!
you're a comic encyclopaedia!!!....:?:
Tha Playa 05-28-2003, 08:47 AM Like Bzob said though, he can go back in time and fix any problem like the jet before it happened.
Aaron Bizarre 05-28-2003, 09:17 AM not in DC Prime cause unlike Marvel comics there is a cosmic being called Waverider who acts as a time police. you cant alter time without going through him first and superman cant beat him.
Paralax was a result of Hal Jordan going Mad and killing the other Green Lanterns. On the planet OA is where the Lanterns recharge thier weapons (Lantern rings). when Coast city was destroyed Hal asked the guardians of the rings and natives of planet OA if they could give him the power to recreate coast city, they wouldnt so he charged the planet and killed anyone in his way. When he absorbed the battery he was vastly powerful, Superman stepped up with something to say only to be KO'd with one shot.
Darseid is a equivelant to a Devil. He rules a dominion with an iron fist and can summon a power he calls OMEGA to project from his eyes. At close range he could burn even the toughest of superheroes to ashes, Superman has stated that he could not withstand the blast.

I was very lonely around 11-15. I read loads of these and had plenty of discussions. I know only read Hellblazer and with recommendations from Blake, Transmetropolitan. I have yet to start up transmetro.

I warned you. I dont even have both guns drawn yet.
Allison 05-28-2003, 09:28 AM OK, Lets hear more then.
Aaron Bizarre 05-28-2003, 09:36 AM what else do you want to know?
The Green Lantern rings are operated by the person's Will. The strength of thier will greatly amplifies the ring. When the guardians came to pick a new Lantern on Earth the strongest Will they detected in any being on the planet was Bruce Wayne (Batman) He turned it down, next was Superman, he also turned it down. Hal Jordan was the fourth to be picked in all actuality.
More?
tak about spide mans cosmic suit. that could go on for days.
Or talk about weapon X from marvel presents , that was some good ****
Allison 05-28-2003, 09:38 AM Yes, this is getting me all worked up.
Aaron Bizarre 05-28-2003, 09:40 AM Spiderman's Cosmic powers was a result of his estranged friendship with The Beyonder. The Beyonder being curious in nature wanted to know what it was like to be human so Peter Parker helped him through (specially with the bathroom) in Return The Beyonder granted Spidey the power of the cosmos to use at his disposal for a shortwhile.

Whoremaster B 05-28-2003, 09:50 AM Aaron you forgot the third chosen for the ring was guy gardner.

The artist is Roland Topor, you can find a lot of "panic movement" (a surreal trend) in this guy....

Allison 05-28-2003, 10:12 AM I did a search for "Twins with rainbow shirts"
Aaron Bizarre 05-28-2003, 10:20 AM did a search on "girls with big foreheads" and got jack.
Allison 05-28-2003, 10:23 AM Of course. Talk about it now. You told me all weekend that i didnt have a big forehead. Did the headbutt change your mind?
Aaron Bizarre 05-28-2003, 10:47 AM Damn, you got me there. your still the Lizard queen. thats bad enough and you call me a nerd.
by the way, how is the Iguana crusade goin?
Whoremaster B 05-28-2003, 10:49 AM Have you seen my forehead. Most of the guys I boxed with had it as a " locked target ". I got pulverized.
Allison 05-28-2003, 10:50 AM Fine. I found him on my blinds yesterday, and cant figure out any way for him to have gotten up there.
Did you tell your brother that you're deathly afraid of him?
Allison 05-28-2003, 10:50 AM George has fat ears.
Aaron Bizarre 05-28-2003, 10:51 AM wow, your grasping at straws now. does the Iguana society have a special handshake?

I am with good reason. No Lizard has ever looked at me like that. He is in my nightmares flipping a coin in a dark alley. He has it out for me. How's my Minnie?
Allison 05-28-2003, 10:55 AM The Green Iguana Society hasnt had to call me for any iguana rescues as of yet. Your Minne Mooka Manu misses you terribly. She threw up on my floor and you werent even there to see it. This upset her, so she threw up again.
Aaron Bizarre 05-28-2003, 10:58 AM still cant keep anything down huh? keep her away from the easter grass, she will never learn.
Allison 05-28-2003, 10:59 AM I think she misses launching off of your huevos the most.
Aaron Bizarre 05-28-2003, 11:01 AM yes, she was ridiculous with that. how bout sleeping on my chest so i struggle to breathe?
Allison 05-28-2003, 11:02 AM What? She's petite.
Aaron Bizarre 05-28-2003, 11:04 AM yeah but she made it hard for me to roll over and she kept inching up to my throat. She is still a good kitty. My cat would kill a human sitting on thier chest.
Whoremaster B 05-28-2003, 11:07 AM **** yeah he would. He could kill a little kid in a one on one.
whenever I lived in the same house as that cat, I never heard birds. ever.
