To become a terrorist, all you need to do is go against the political ideals of a country...say Cuba for instance. Cause some trouble and make a lot of noise. Then the US government will train and fund you for years so you can become more powerful and gain many committed members.

Then, in the final step to become a real terrorist, bite the hand that feeds you by turning heel on the US and cause major losses to US nationals either on home soil or away.

Then and only then can you call yourself a true terrorist
