Here it's 16 and people are just turning there kids loose in cars with out much training. I've seen a kid here get 5.0 mustangs for there 16th birthday then go out a week later get killed in it because he couldn't handle it. Fallout 05-27-2003, 10:28 PM Curley, its a slow process here. There are 3 levels. G-1, G-2, and G. G-1 is like a learners permit, G-2 has some restrictions, and G the whole thing. |
