I just thought we would start a thread trying to advise him through these tough times which only seem to originate in New Zealand. With everyone sharing there stories about being stuck there, and the boredom they were faced with.

I've been in NZ for over five months. Only got a few weeks left now and I'll be glad to get out.

It's a beautiful country, but it's full of farmers with bad haircuts and low intelligence.

The cities are ****, the culture is lacking and they didn't even show Floyd vs Hatton on the telly.

The best kiwis are usually Maori. Just a bit less boring than all the others.

I'll be bloody glad to step off the plane in Sydney in three weeks time. I won't be back in NZ until 2011 (if I have the money)........
