GhosT^x0 05-23-2003, 02:05 PM I put it in when I couldn't think of what to use the first time I ever used the internet. It was on the Vivid Interactive BBS, back in like 1994. x0. Just like that.
When I got a computer, I wanted a good game to play that was online and offered a lot of asses to kick. I found Mechwarrior 2. Everything in MW2 was divided into clans. I found a clan called Ghost Bear. I got with them. They wanted me to change my name to x0_Ghostbear to represent. I didn't like how that looked, so I changed the _ to a ^ and switched the name around. Eventually, everyone else started doing it too.
I found a nasty glitch in the game that I was able to exploit in battle, which pretty much enabled me to kill any mech on the map from anywhere on the field (I'll never tell). After winning a challenge to lead my battalion through 100 consecutive victorious skirmishes (everyone in the clan was shocked), I was promoted to SaKhan of my sector in the clan, and they re-nicknamed me Ghost. All this right before I turned 16.
From that day forward it was either Ghost^x0 or GhosT^x0. I capitalized the T cuz it looks good. I've been using this name, without fail, eveerywhere I go, since I was 16 years old. People who change their names are faceless ****s who have a good reason to be ashamed of their identities. I will always be GhosT^x0.
And now that Kaps mentions it, it does mean xtreme 0wnage.

We'll be better as a team. I love her children like they were my own.

The definition is dynamic, and can change at anytime.
x0 = what the eyes of my opponent look like when I drop the big left.
x0 = not an admin
x0 = glad it's friday
