I'm just wondering if you guys think Ali has any regrets about his life.

Does he have any regrets, or is he happy and satisfied with what he has achieved, despite his current health situation i.e. parkinsons disease.

According to the documentary When We Were Kings, when Ali was asked about whether he has any regrets about boxing due to his disability, he responded that if he didn't box he would still be a painter in Louisville, Kentucky.

Doesn't seem like it.

No, he said he doesn't regret what boxing did to him, because of what boxing did for him. What a man!:fing02:

When his wife was at a press conference speaking for him she said

"My husband has no regrets about his life, or what he has chose to do"

He also said that God gave him pakinsons to remind him that he isn't the greatest, god is.

He has always maintained that he has no regrets in his life and wouldn't change a thing and he is happy now even with the Parkinson's.

I don't think there is a more world-wide known and respected athelete ever, save for Michael Jordan so I don't think so.
