Rampage beat him impressively, the first time, but the second bout was too short to make the determination that Rampage has Chucks' number. I think a third bout is necessary for a decision to be made. It would be a great event and a big money-maker.

No, he needs to avenge the loss to Jardine too. If he does all that then yes, he deserves another shot but I doubt he will.

Nah I dont think he deserves another shot, he cant beat rampage he's lost to him 3 times already. But I'm pretty sure it will happen because dana is a money hungry dude, he would do what ever just to sell.

A third bout for a decision to be made? Even if Chuck won the third bout what decision would be made? He'd have to beat Rampage three times to prove superiority and let's face it Chuck can't do it even once. I think Shogun will beat him, but even if Chuck gets past him I believe Jardine is in line before Chuck. Damn one decent win over an opponant like Silva who's basically custom made with his style for Chuck to beat and the dick riders hop right back on Chuck's stick. Chuck will NEVER hold that belt again. Did you see how gassed he was in the third round vs. Silva?! How do you expect him to go five in a title bout? His conditioning is ****.

I never liked Chuck Liddell. I stated that if he beats Shogun, not when! Considering how quickly the last bout ended between Liddell and Jackson, there should be a rematch if Liddell gets past Shogun. Sure, he will need to beat Jardine to fully establish himself, but if I were Dana White I would save that bout for after the 3rd match between Liddell and Jackson. If Liddell wins, he defends against Jardine, if Chuck loses then Jardine can challenge for the title.

In no way, shape or form does that mean he's "superior"

P4P I think Chuck is a better fighter plain and simple. And he's an All Time Great fighter..........Jackson is yet to be. He lacks the defining wins outside of the two against Chuck.

Eh, Rampage's wins over Arona, Henderson and Liddell himself makes him a pretty good fighter. Right now he is the best LHW in the world and might go on to become greater than Chuck.
At age 29, Liddell had barely started fighting (lost to Jeremy Horn), Jackson is already the top fighter in the world. Of course he could come crashing down but we will have to wait and see.

Remember he didn't just beat a past his prime Chuck, he also beat Chuck in his prime.
I don't think there's a way in hell Liddell can get another title shot and actually beat Rampage.

NO , Chuck has to beat Shogun and Jardine before people can talk about the rematch but he will probably get the rematch if he beats Shogun

chuck liddell wil never beat Rampage. Look how easily he got nailed with that right hook, he didn`t even have his chin protected.

Chuck is good at beating the crap out of wrestlers who try and strike with him, but when he fights guys who can throw, he gets his ass knocked out.

Rampage would KO Chuck 10 times in a row.

Superiority against Jackson....I wasn't speaking of they're status far as greats in they're career. I was talking about against eachother. In that sense yes Jackson is superior. Lindland, Shogun, Igor Vovchanchyn, Marvin Eastman (who he did lose to as well), Ricardo Arona, Henderson, and Lidell twice isn't exactly a bad resume.

Igor Vovchanchyn
Kevin Randleman
Murilo Bustamante
Ricardo Arona
Ninja Rua
Matt Linland
Dan Henderson

And your "better fighter" Chuck Liddell twice....

Thats a pretty impressive list....

You have to be joking, a fighter beats another fighter twice very comprehensively and he is not a superior fighter? How do you determine who is a superior fighter if not by head to head results?

You could possibly argue the second fight was a lucky shot but no way known you could argue that the first fight was not a comprehensive beat down.

Take the UFC goggles off dude, Chuck is great but Rampage is better.
