This training log will cover the last 5 days of my training, starting from the end of last week. I have documented this strictly for the purpose of striking intimidation and fear in the heart of my 310 lb adversary, The Blake.

Friday: Left work an hour early, went home to sleep. Spent Friday night pounding Tanq & Tonics and playing Enter The Matrix.

Saturday: Had work, didn't go. Slept till like 2. Got up and made the Quinton video.

Sunday: Woke up late again, went to Venice Beach. Played football on the sand. Won. I like to win. This inspired me to charge into Monday with all cannons blazing.

Monday: Called out of work. Something I ate at Venice (damn either the Sidewalk Cafe, or the water) had me messed up all night and a good part of the day. Stayed in bed, worked on the Iceman video.

Tuesday: Last night, ran 3 miles consecutively. Did 3 sets of 50 pushups and 4 sets of 150 crunches alternately. Did resisitance band punching and shadow boxing.

Tonight, Dogg's comin. We're training for ****ing knockouts. This last week has had me down on my ass, but rest assured Blake, you're through. The pale horse of death is about to meet the dark horse of... um... more death. You're ****in screwed, bub.
