I've lost 15lbs in the wink of an eye and I'm not sleeping. Does this sound healthy?

Don't feel like training either? If you can't do anything about the source of your stress and anger the frustration can get less after a few rounds of kicking and punching.

I've been working out a lot. I go to the YMCA to swim or lift when I get off work. The past three days I rode my bike to work.

I'm keeping myself active and sober but it's not helping.

You must not be sleeping.....its 6am in our time zone. I guess this means im not sleeping either.

No. I went to be at 2am. Its the norm for me when I have this much work to do.

Swimming, lifting and cycling doesn't help you get rid of anger. You'll have to punch, kick and scream to do that. A work-out on a punchingbag might do the job. Preferably with somebody who will hold the bag for you and tells you what to do and how many times and screams at you to punch and kick harder when you're getting tired. Scream or shout every time you hit the bag. It really does work.

Anyway, I hope you find a solution for the cause of your anger and stress and things will get better for you soon. Not eating and not sleaping is def. not good for you!

Sleeping and eating are good.

but fasting once and a while is a good thing, make the most of it because one day you will be fat and happy again

lack of sleep while your angry can really intensify stress as well as frustration. I used to hit the bag and it helped, until I ran my body in the ground. Just dont be caught when your tired, angry and stress as well as physically hurt.
