We just brought on another associate recruiter that doesn't know ****, yet acts like he has a clue what the **** he's talking about. He takes up alot of my valuable time with his stupid questions, invites me to lunch, expects me to pay but of course I didn't(what a jack ass). Why do people that are younger than you expect you to help them? Me and this ****ing tool are in direct competition and he wants me to ****ing mentor him? WTF!?!? What's even worse is that he sucks so bad the owner is helping him MORE! WTF? I have seniority, I should get ALL the ****in' call ins. Their excuse is that I don't need any help because I'm making enough money, **** THAT AND SUCK MY ****! I'll be the one to decide what enough money is! IF this ****ing moron can't swim than ****ing let him sink! That is all, I'll stop venting for now.

Tell him the new guy buys drinks...take him to the bar and get him wasted....hire a couple of cross dressers and tske pics of him with them and post the pics all over work

Did you ever see the movie/documentary "Pumping Iron"? In one part Arnold talks about some idiot that was competing AGAINST him that came up to him saying he was in top shape and that all he needed was a good posing routine.

So Arnold recommended he scream while posing onstage, especially when he was transitioning from one pose to another. They supposedly ended up forcibly removing the guy off the stage thinking he was insane.
