What do you think is the best and most memorable battle in film history.
From what i have seen i have to say enter the dragon the last fight in the film. :D

i dont like that fight, its Bruce Lee against an old man with a claw!
I prefer the last scene in Fists of Fury, in the garden.

Actually, i love the light-sabre fights in The Empire, and Return of the Jedi, between Luke and Vadar. Spectacular.

OR the scene in Kill Bill, school girl with the ball and chain.

A great fight was Bruce Leroy vs the Showgun of Harlem. Leroy gets the glow and starts beating ass.

the road warrior.

the finishing batle for and interception of the tanker.

the ending scene with a disappearing picture of max in the middle of the road, among the smoke and asfalt, along with the words: he lives now, only in my memories..

it allways comes dangerously close to producing a tear in the corner of my eye.

i think the battle between achilles and that other due, whose name i forgot in troy, that battle was awesome, there were MANY great fights in that movie......lol especially the first one, it lasted like...5 seconds? where achilles runs up to that big dude and jus stabs him in the neck?
other great fights were in lord of the rings...
and star wars
and some pretty cool fight scenes in any of the matrix movies, but the best ones out of all of them IMO are still the battles from troy, that movies was spectacular!

The Lord of the Rings Two Towers & Return of the King are the best full on army battle for me.

Another really good battle is the final one in Gladiator. Very impressively done.

My favourite action battle has to be the last fight in Blade. When he gets his shades and the music starts it's awesome. They did that really well.

I always liked Neo vs. The smiths In matrix reloaded. It was a bit over the top, but very cool.

When it comes to war movies, I think the best and most realistic is Black Hawk Down. One on one battles I would go with Balboa vs. Drago, Bruce Lee vs. The Big Boss, and Bruce Lee vs. Chuck Norris(Return Of The Dragon).

chuck norris made me piss my self laughing in that fight scene
for some reason it doesnt suit him to play such a badass character

I liked everything about that movie. It's my favorite Bruce Lee movie.

Maybe because he was a too friendly as Walker, that's your image of Norris. Anyway, I am not a fan of his but I really love Return Of The Dragon. I think it is very entertaining and has a better replay value than the mega famous Enter The Dragon.

well my personal favorite is when gossett jr fights hammer head hagan on diggstown..thats just because im a boxing nut tho..

the best fight is the matrix, when reeves spars with fishburne..that **** was tight. easily the coolest fight in cinema.

plus i get to laugh at fishburne because ..large black people doing kung fu moves looks silly to me in a non racist way.

The final battle in Equilibrium was pretty nice. Between punk ass Taye Diggs and Christian Bale's characters. Slice Slice.

The end of Empire Strikes Back
The end of White Heat (1949)
The end of Scarface (1983)
The end of Bonnie & Clyde (1967)

Full out battle - The Battle at Helms Deep. With Sarumans Uruk Hai attacking Rohans stronghold.

Comedy battle - Anchorman reporters battle. When representatives from about 5 stations fight no holds barred. Extremely funny.

Sword battle - Probably Achiles vs Hector in Troy.

NO holds barred battle - I quite enjoyed Tommy Lee jones fight with Benecio del Torro ( correct Sp? ) in The Hunted.

Fist fight - Rocky V Rocky Babloa vs Tommy Gunn

Boxing Fight - RockY Balboa vs Apollo Creed in Rocky 2 and Jake La motta vs SRR in Raging Bull.

Gun Battle - Saving Private Ryan.

Most unfair battle - Danile Day Lewis sticking the axe in the back of the big irish guy when he had his back turned in The Gangs Of New York.

Best Cat Fight - Fight at the end of Kill Bill volume 1.

Bruce lee vs chuck norris, and bruce lee was just bad ass the way he walked and his ****y attitude.

Man remember the 80s all those white ninja movies hahaah they sucked ass! white guys doing ninja movies was the thing in the 80s it made me laugh cause they were so slow and ****.

I also like Jackie chan in rumble in the bronx, and his fight against benny the jet urquidez and his fight in the legend of the drunken master.
