The only problem, is that the TV is only showing the fight from the math 3(88Kg weight class). So i'll have some problem to find more details about the others weight classes. But i'll try.

Saturday, May 17 - And so it begins.... Gracie Fight Team's Dave Terrell wins his first match against Pride veteran Akira Shoji.

Roger Gracie upsets former champion Mario Sperry.

Ryan Gracie loses a tough match to Jacare.

In other news, Macaco had to bow out due to an injury suffered in his Meca Vale Tudo victory last night. He is being replaced by Margarita. A win by Margarita will put him up against Terrell.

Saturday, May 17 - A day of upsets Today was a day of upsets in Abu Dhabi.

Eddie Bravo shocked the world by tapping out Royler Gracie with a triangle choke. Royler was up 6-2 when Edddie shocked the world. Brazilian superstar Leozinho Vierra then beat Eddie 15-0.

Marcelo Garcia beat Renzo Gracie 12-0 and choked out Shaolin, dominating his way to the finals.

Roger Gracie tops his victory over Sperry by beating Rigan Machado. Jon Olav Einmo, the Shooto sensation from Scandanavia, then upsets Roger to earn his way into the finals. Jon also beat Australian shooto fighter Larry Pap.

Marcio "Pe De Pano" Cruz and Alexandre Cacareco also fought their way to the finals.

Dave Terrell beats Margarita before losing a ludicrous 0-0 decision to Saulo. David cleanly threw Saulo a few times, but was not given any points or advantages by the Brazilian referee. The terrible officiating proves that an American must tap a Brazilian to beat him in his home country. We hope for a Terrell/Saulo rematch on American soil.
