I have bought this game in January for a fewa years now so I know a little about it before I watch the superbowl. And I am wondering if I should get it again this year.

What are the pros and cons of the game?
Also, how does it play online?

it suks!!!! I like the regular xbox version better,plus you could see the other persons plays,not online tho but still.

Don't know about the xbox but on the ps3 it's awesome. Probably the best sports game ever made. Really playable and great graphics and so much attention to detail put in the game. On an HD TV it's ****ing awesome.

I doubt there is any difference in the xbox version.

Pros - Graphics,playability,realism and mini games and training is excellent.
Cons - Off season,Drafts etc can take a long time if you really get into it and want to make sure you can keep your side improving every year.

its better than the others. they have a new weapons system showing the top guys on your teams strength plus online is tight. did u ever get 2k8 basket? know u were asking if you should get it.

I have to play it round my bro's as I haven't got a ps3 yet, but should be getting one in march. My bro can't get his ps3 online. It's found the router and has the ip address but it won't accept the aol password.

I wouldn't waste my money on it now....Football season is over practically.I always buy my Maddens at the begining of the season.

NBA Live 08 is dope if your into sports games like me....hell thats all I play **** everything else.

Nah man I am going to get one or the other. For the playoff season. Just can't really decide lol. I've had nba games before and can get repititve but never a madden game which makes me lean towards that.

Yeah it's worth it.

I'd say the drawbacks would be the turnover system. God it's next to impossible to go the whole game without fumbling. Even if you cover the ball up, the defender using hit stick will knock it loose. It makes it too arcadish and begins to defy simulation unless you adjust the turnover frequency.

Even at that it seems like it doesn't change, lol.

I'm not referring to Interceptions. That's another story, but if you're accurate and don't throw too late or when hurried/sacked/Hit you shouldn't throw them.
