Not bothered about athletics mate! My best sporting moment recently (and none of you will share this) But we won Barnsley in the last minute of the game. I was ecstatic. The crowd went mad. Best day ever.

The saddest moment, was watching Ayrton Senna die. Was a horrible day.

Exactly. Even if you don't like athletics you have to admit it was absolutely unbelievable. Michael Johnson ran the 200mtrs that fast that day that the guy who came second (Franky Fredericks) beat the old world record.

Scientists apparently think the second 100mtrs of the race is the fastest a human being has ever ran. He did the last 100mtrs in something like 9.18s.

I agree that was absolutely amazing. I still love watching that to this day and i'm not even a United fan.

I also absolutely love Fraziers left hook that knocked Ali down in the first fight. Pure class.

I was in Tenerife at the time and that pissed me off a bit. Everybody became a massive cricket fan all of a sudden. What a load of bollocks!!

Ha, of cause its not on the same scale. But thats just my fondest personal sporting memory. Just because of how it felt. Never felt more brilliant than that day. It is not the biggest sporting moment by a long shot! It was just awesome though.

I remember seeing Senna crash and it was surreal. Don't reckon i'll ever forget that.
