Its hard being a Mundine fan at the moment. When he keeps fighting bums. Watching someone with such talent go to waste. Not to mention hes an aussie.

My mind says hes going to fight bums for another year. My heart says hes going to step it up and make a name for himself.

So the point of this thread. Lets assume Mundine wants to take on the best. Lets assume who he is going to fight and what the outcome will be.

P.S Mundine has schooled like every Australian fighter we have. Green in the ring. Briggs in sparring. And every other fighter. Could he rise, and rise?

Roy Jones Senior said this guy is going to be something special in 2 years. That was 18 months ago. I think Mundine hits his peak now and over the next 4 years.

So Who Does He Fight? In what order and does he win?

IF- Only if Briggs fights woods and wins. vs Briggs. (Mundine UD 6 rounds)
Vs Kessler. Mundine by SD ( I really think he can do this. If he gets more agressive)
Vs Pavlik/Taylor/Bute at 168? Now its getting interesting. A Pound for pound ranking. And cementing his claim as Australia's greatest ever athlete.

Although this is most likely unrealistic and Mundine will fight rematches with Nievas, Clavero and Hamden over the next 3 years before retiring. Lets dream for a moment, what could have been!!!
