brand? Oz? different gloves for sparring or bag and mitt work ?

for bag and mitts, i use 16 oz white everlast pro training gloves..for sparring i use 16 oz ringside imf tech..there the best gloves ever..

For bag and mitts i use 16oz Black everlast pro training gloves and for sparring i use 16oz ringside safety gloves.

Alot of people at my gym use the imf tech tho

10oz. black everlast pro fight gloves on mitts/bag
16oz. white everlast pro training gloves on mitts/bag


16oz. ringside imf tech training gloves for sparring

I have the everlast 16oz hook and loop...i am going to get the rinside hook and loops, and after i get those, then i will give my everlast gloves a performance modification...i am going to remove some of the padding and install a D battery for strategical purposes.....

anyone use grant pro training gloves? I currently use ringside gym training gloves for sparring.

Ringside 16 oz. IMF Tech gloves. I finally got to spar today and it was the first time I have used them since I got them for Christmas and they are amazing.

Everlast 12 oz

was using 10 oz everlast pro bag gloves on mitts and bag

and now recently just bought title gel training for sparring =(

should've got imf tech =((((((((( DAMNN ITTTTT
