You have to work out with no food or water, drink white wine maybe to dehydrate.

a colon cleanse will help u also, u can clean out the mudslide in your bowels. that'd be worth about 3, maybe 5 lbs of weight and when it's gone u'll feel better. it's just ****, no reason to hold onto it

Welterweight is 147, light welterweight is 140.

Anyway, as for cutting that weight. 2 weeks is a long time to spend dehydrated... save that for the final few days. You're gonna have to starve your self terribly.. you sure you're goin to be alright to fight in that state?! Its gonna kill you.

Welterweight is 147, light welterweight is 140.

Do you really think this guy is a pro? No? Well, then welter is 152, jr. welter is 141.

Then he still would be welterweight. =/

Yeah, it seems a little weird that he has to get to 144 for "the Gloves"... :ugh:

144 is the featherweight limit in the arm wrestling championships. :D

Drink alot of water, eat super healthy foods in morning, enough energy so you can work out & work off weight, then don't eat much of anything for the rest of the day. a couple days before weigh in jump in sauna suit & get rid of water weight.

Another thing you might want to try is a liqiud diet or something along those lines.

tuna and protein shakes for 2 weeks will do it. it's what I used to do. you'll feel like **** because you wont be getting many carbs but it works

no strength training. Just cardio. it's all about aliminating the carbs and fat. The protein shakes I mixed had no fat and very few barbs. And the tuna has no carbs or fat. It's all about protein. Like I said, you feel like **** cause youre not getting any carbs for energy but it's a crash diet. Not at all healthy diet for more then 2 weeks. I used to loose 15 pounds in 2 weeks on it. You still have to keep your road work up even if you feel like you have no energy. Suck it up as they say and yu'll loose the weight guarantied.

Workout really hard and do a little extra than you'd normally do. Drink lots of water. And in using the sauna suit. Do it. Wear sweat pants and a long sleeve shirt under your suit. The last couple days only drink a few cups of water. And the day before don't drink anything or eat anything. You'll most likely be tired or get fatigued quickly during your fight. But if you do it right you can make weight.

i wonder if he's made weight...

unless he was gonna make some big money outta this fight, or is in some kind of championships and is desperate to win, then he shouldn't really be trying to get rid of so much weight.
